I'm Dr. Rashmi Pawar β€” a physician for 25 years, an OBGYN specialist for over 15, and a certified habit + mindset coach since 2020.

In my clinical practice I've treated thousands of women with PCOS. What I saw again and again: the medical piece wasn't enough. The missing piece was mindset β€” the ability to build consistency without shame, without extremes, without constant restarting.

That's why I made the shift. I want my clients to feel good in their bodies, know how to take care of themselves β€” through PCOS, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond β€” and to actually enjoy the process.

This is coaching + education (not medical treatment). You can continue medical care alongside this work. We will not be in a Doctor-Patient relationship.

What if I fall off track? +

That's expected. We use it. You'll learn exactly how to reset β€” without guilt, without starting from zero.

Is this about weight loss? +

We focus on habits that support PCOS. Weight may change, but the goal is sustainable behaviour + self-trust β€” and feeling genuinely good in your body.

Will I lose all the weight in 13 weeks? +

Not usually. 13 weeks is a starter pack β€” long enough to build momentum and change key patterns. Most people need at least 6 months for sustainable fat loss and PCOS habit change, depending on your starting point and follow-through.

Do you give meal plans? +

Not a fixed "eat this menu" plan on Day 1. We start with a 24-hour PCOS food audit so we're not guessing, then adjust your current meals step by step. If you track, we can personalise faster. If you don't, we start with small, doable changes.

Do I have to exercise? +

There's no "have to." We're aiming for "I want to move" β€” because movement helps PCOS, stress regulation, and long-term health. We build a routine that feels doable and gets you stronger over time.

What if I have a busy schedule / travel / family demands? +

We build a plan that works inside your real life. A consistent time helps momentum, but we can reschedule for genuine commitments. What we try not to do is reschedule out of avoidance β€” that's part of the work.

Is this medical treatment? +

No β€” this is coaching + education. I support habits, mindset, stress regulation, and follow-through. You can continue medical care with your doctor alongside this work.
